The Sense of Spirituality Vol. 2 at 2023 was a curated ceremony that nourishes body and senses.

Kulttuurisauna in Helsinki was transformed into a women’s sauna, where an atmosphere of care and silence prevails. The sauna ceremony opened with a breathing exercise that gently opened the body and mind. The echoes of the kantele opened the senses with mystical power. The ceremony used herbal healing traditions that touched the body, mind and spirit, in the form of elixirs, scents and smoke. In the sauna, the body was cleansed and the spirit was liberated.
